Since 15 July 2007, the current Management Committee, with your generous help and donations, has undertaken and carried out these projects:

| 1 | Building and SMCC premises clean up around the building including rubbish removal, removal of concrete base for defunct garden shed and path leading to it | |
| 2 | Building of new rain-water drainage with a soak pit | |
| 3 | Construction of new entrance to the main car park from Vardon Road, and construction of new ramp connecting the main car park to the mosque grounds | |
| 4 | Installation of main entrance gate for SMCC premises | |
| 5 | Landscaping of the Mosque gardens with fresh top soil and grass seeds. | |
| 6 | SMCC building repairs including several roof leaks | |
| 7 | Central Heating system cleanup and repair | |
| 8 | All windows and main entrance washed and cleaned | |
| 9 | Cleaning up and leveling of Main Car Park | |
| 10 | Complete fresh paint inside the building, including all woodwork | |
| 11 | Installation of new Closed Circuit TV Security System | |
| 12 | Replacing all ceiling lights, including dome halogen lights | |
| 13 | Replacing all stained and damaged ceiling tiles | |
| 14 | Dome, roof and guttering washed and cleaned | |
| 15 | Car Park surfacing and tarmacing and block paving of the forecourt |
